Check the components for damage or deformation.

Compress and extend the piston rod (A) and check that there is
no abnormal resistance or unusual sound during operation.

If non smooth working or unusual sound during operation, must
be exchange the shock absorber.

Fully extend the piston rod.

Drill a hole on the (A) section to remove gas from the cylinder.

Compress the coil spring with a strut spring compressor. Do not
compress the spring more than necessary.
